Frequently Asked Questions

We urge you to register at least 1 week (7 days) before the beginning of a class session, since minimum enrollment must be met for classes to be held. When enrollment is below the minimum 5 days prior to the first day of class, there is a strong possibility that the class will be cancelled. We will make every effort to contact registered students in a timely manner if cancellation occurs. If a class is cancelled by Davis Arts Center registrants will receive a full refund.

Please be certain that you are able to attend before registering for a class. Registrations are considered final 14 business days before the first class, and no refunds will be given after this time. Davis Arts Center does not prorate fees. Exceptions to this policy may be granted only in cases of documented family or medical emergency (contact front office staff).

Class registrations can be exchanged/transferred so long as age requirements and experience are met and you are requesting the exchange 14 business days prior to the first class. Please note, that there may be price differences and it is the responsibility of the registrant to pay any additional fees. Refunds will be issued if the exchange value is greater than the new class price.

Please be certain that you are able to attend before registering for a class as Davis Arts Center does not prorate class fees for missed or unattended classes. As classes tend to build on each other, it is difficult to schedule makeups. Please contact office staff if you have any questions.

No, at this point in time we do not offer group or sibling discounts. We encourage people to complete and submit scholarship applications if registering for more than one person.

Automated registration confirmations are emailed to the address provided upon time of registration. If you don’t receive a confirmation, check your spam folder or contact office staff at office@davisartscenter.org or 530-756-4100 to request a copy of your confirmation and to confirm or update your email address.
