Davis Arts Center is excited to be one of the more than 20 Make Music Davis venues!  The event was brought to Davis due to the hard work of Annie Meckstroth who was awarded a City of Davis arts grant.  Davis is only 1 of 2 cities in Northern California participating in Make Music Day (San Jose being the other).  Make Music Day is a worldwide celebration of music that began in France in 1982.  Presently there are more than 750 cities in 120 countries that participate on this one day, summer solstice, event.

 

 

Obviously, all these performers would love a full audience, so music lovers of all sorts are welcome.

If you get hungry or thirsty, we will have water, soda and tasty snacks for purchase.
