Hailing from Grand Rapids, Michigan, Folius Duo will perform June 18. 
Having worked together for more than 10 years, Folias Duo is the husband and wife duo of flutist Carmen Maret and guitarist Andrew Bergeron. They blend improvisation with musical connections to South American folk, Argentine tango and the music of Astor Piazzola while adhering to classical music theory. In addition to performing, Folias Duo has published more than 40 compositions.

Performances are suave and full of energy.” They have released four critically acclaimed albums on the Blue Griffin Record label and have performed in Canada, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Austria, Portugal and Guinee, West Africa.
